Rubbish collection queries

What rubbish/junk do you remove?

We will remove any non-hazardous rubbish. • Household effects; furniture, whitegoods, appliances and computers • Office & business; desks, cabinets, carpet, shop fittings • Garden waste; small tree lopping, yard clean-ups, storm damage • Moving on; deceased estates, pre-sale tidy-ups, end of lease/rental clean-ups • We can pull down a shed or a fence, pull up carpet We remove almost anything you like

What rubbish/junk can you not remove?

• Asbestos or items containing asbestos • Hazardous Chemicals • Needles and sharps But please speak to us as we may be able to advise on another service.

Which areas does your rubbish/junk removal service serve?

We can collect from the London area within the M25 radius.

Where do I have to leave my waste?

As long as the waste is all at the same collection address, we can collect from inside from a number of rooms or outside. If you can put all waste together, this does make collecting quicker, but we are happy to collect from more than one area. If collecting from inside, we ask we have a clear and accessible route to the waste for safety of our collectors. If removing from a loft, you must inform us at the time of booking, this will require pictures of the hatch.

What if I misjudged the amount to go?

If this is case, we will inform you and discuss the options available to you.

What are your time slots?

We offer mornings 7am – 12pm, 12pm – 5pm or all-day slots. We will do our best to accommodate any time requirements, just let us know at the time of booking.

Changing my booking/Cancelling

You can change/cancel your booking within 24hrs of collection without incurring any fees (£25 for a Wasted Journey Fee). Please check the Terms and Conditions for full details. To change a booking, please call or email us as soon as possible

There's nowhere to park near my property, are you still able to collect my waste?

It is your responsibility to ensure we have somewhere safe and reasonable to park when collecting your waste. If there are restriction for parking, please make everything known at the time of the booking.

Do I have to be home at the time of the collection?

No, we are happy to collect, however, the waste must be in a place accessible to our team and safe for them to collect.

I have pets and children at home will this be a problem?

It is not a problem to collect with pets or children at home, all we ask is they are kept out of the way for their own safety when removing waste, especially when removing bulky, heavy items or dismantling.

How do I book?

Follow the online booking process, telephone or email.

How do I pay if I book by phone?

When we arrive and all waste assessed the payment will be processed then, if any extra is to be added we will take payment over the phone. It is easy and straight forward when paying on the app or over the phone.
