Sustainability by helping reduce waste.
Within London alone there is about 18 million tonnes of waste produced a year; across household and commercial. Most of this waste can be recycled, if we can help cut down on the amount of waste sent to landfills, this will improve the future for generations to come. We are a firm believer sustainability and our aim is to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills.
- Using only licensed recycling facilities, helping us to achieve this.
- Ensuring a disposal audit trail is available.
- Using digital technology to send text messages, emails and e-tickets: reducing the need for excessive paper waste.
Utilising a ‘Man and Van’ service: – reduces the number of miles, fuel, and time. Using a ‘Man and Van’ means no need to have a skip outside on the drive, waiting for one to be delivered and collected when full, requiring two trips and twice your amount of time.
Our footprint.
All our vehicles are Ules and Euro 6 compliant, kept well maintained and only travel to distance required for clearances to keep the emissions as low as possible.
Reducing the number of vehicles on the road will help reduce our carbon footprint. Using our team of coordinators to plan routes requiring the least number of trips and requiring less trips to the yard for tipping.
Recycling.
We aim to do our best sort all our waste and make sure it is recycled in the correct and most economical way. What we can recycle we will and do our upmost to prevent as much waste as possible going to landfill.
